2004 crossover steering fit on a 2006?

I'm planning on lifting my f250 about 10-12" with coilovers all around. My only question is that im guessing the safest way to go is crossover steering. I noticed that the kits are only up to 2004 f250's. What mods will I have to make to those kits to fit on my 06?and whats (if any) the difference between the 04 and 06's steering components? I'm a newbie to this forum so howzit from hawaii...thanks
