Couple shots of my new hydrosteer
Bought the cover from a vendor on pirate 4x4
Bought the stage II kit from matt at west texas off road. Let me tell you, once you drive a super duty with hydrosteer, you'll never go back to having a regular steering box. This kit turns like butter! |

Pardon my ignorance, but what are the advantages of this?

It's more like rack and pinion isn't it?
It's a hydraulic cylinder going in and out instead of a gear box and pitman arm. |

I believe this is a hydraulic assist setup, it works to assit the pitman arm and gearbox, not replace it. Right?
