shock warehouse?

I have heard pretty mixed reviews about ordering bilstein shocks from shock warehouse. More bad than good, just wondering if any of you guys have ordered from there before and how your experience was. I would like to order my shocks this weekend but I've left two messages over the last four days and have not had a call back. Prices seem good but if service sucks I would gladly pay a few extra bucks and get them elsewhere.

I ordered for my dads car and had no problems at all. Never had to call them though.

I ordered mine from them and they were backordered for a couple months (found that out after the fact). I waited for my order to arrive and called/emailed them a few times to find out they were indeed backordered. They also periodically update their site with your order status. The price was $10+ better than any other site/promotion. Besides the long wait, it worked out. I give them a 7.5 out of 10 on service and 10 out of 10 on price.
