Replacement hubs?

Hey guys Ive got a 2000 psd 4x4 and I am paranoid about the vacuum hubs that come on these trucks. I have been told that warn make a direct replacement for these trucks. I spend alot of time chasing coyotes through deep snow and in and out of some pretty sloppy places through the winter chasing pointers, and launching my duck boat. I just dont want to get hung because my front end wont pull....... ok now a dumb question..... if the vacuum lines freeze or come off can I just get out and lock the hubs like the good ol days? ben too dry since i got this truck to find out.....
Jim

Yes . you can just turn the hubs to the lock pos . I wouldn't give up my vac lock for anything , so much easier for quick situations .

As a matter of fact the vac. lines that lock the hubs are only designed for temporary 4x4 ing . If you are going to be in 4x4 for long periods of time it is recommended to get out and lock the hubs manually .

The vac locks are handy, but the troubles suck too. I put warns in my truck. 5 min per side install time. Very easy to do. I also found that Napa had them the cheapest at $200. Even the online parts places couldn't compete.
