3" lift 37-1350-R20?
does anyone know if i can fit that size tire with that size lift the truck is a 2008 ford f-250 diesel FX4 idk what brand of lift it is but its just a 3" rubber spring spacer i dont mind minor trimming and would any certain backspacing help me clear these size of tires (idk anyting about backspacing or what the numbers mean) thanks in advanced any help is appreciated

I am clearing 35/12.50 R18s on a 2.5" leveling kit on my 05. With proper backspacing, it could be done.

yeah but idk anything about that i could clear 35s pretty easy

You could run aftermarket wheels as long as they have the same offset as the factory ones.
