Lift for an 08 F450?

I know the front of these trucks are no different than f250/350's but does any company make a lift for the rear of truck? The rear axle looks like something out of a dump truck. Trying to get around 4.5" lift.

Here is the truck. Tires measure out to a 37.

Do you want lift leafs or lift blocks?

If it is a 3" wide spring, then any available block will work. Just need new u-bolts made.
