35's on 99-04 with a leveling kit?
Will a 35" tire work on a 20x10 wheel (4.5" backspacing)on a 99-04 with just a leveling kit?

yes sir it sure will, i had a 2.5" leveling kit on my truck with 35s and 18s that had a 4.5 inch backspacing. it only rubs at about 3/4 turn on the back of the wheel well but its not bad.
