Stiff steering at low speeds

I run 35" A/T's on a 4" lift and I'm having repetitive steering issues. OEM Steering box has been replaced once and after last mud run the steering is really stiff at low speeds, maybe 5-15mph. Fluid looks good. Any ideas of problem I'm having? Should I beef up steering system?

Has that always been the case with the 35s? I would look into hydraulic steering assist from PSC Motorsports.

Not always the case. After first steering box replacement all was well until last off-road trip.
