Is the sag happening in the front or rear?

Sounds like the problem lies with the leaf spring or mount. That broken mount scenario happened with a piece of junk dodge I owned years ago.

Older thread, but I have the same issue with my 05 f-350 SRW. Its not 2" lower, but I would guess its close to an 1" and very noticeable when looking at truck from behind. I was guessing it was sag caused by axle wrap. Any one know of a solution other than buying new leafs?
