wrong track bar, need help!

ok i ordered a track bar for 2010 and i think, no i know its the 05-07 one, it bolts up and got the axle back where it needed to be, but it dosent have the correct bend. so it hit the frame cross member below the motor so now that this thing is prob missing paint i dont think they will return it. do you think i could get away with a track bar drop bracket?

What brand is it? Most adjustable track bars fit 05-11 trucks. Like the icon one.
