lifts and towing

I'm running a 2000 f350 with a rough country leveling kit and 315/75/16 tires and I want to get rid of the leveling kit since it sagged terribly and one of my rear leaf springs broke in half. Now I want to put a 4" life all leaf spring on, but my question is could I run this setup and pull a goose neck trailer?

I have a 7in lift with 37s and I was towing my 7000 pound boat and trailer today with no problem, but its not a gooseneck so idk if that helps or not.
