B Rear Code ID (See Pic)

I was out 5-6 hours today looking for these and bought them... Now Iam 2nd guessing; if these are actually really b codes rear springs :/
They pulled these rear springs off of Ford SD F250. I believe these came off of a 2003 Year-

I looked around and dont see anywhere on the net with this exact code... The 3C34 is good but the CB is a total mystery...
So im stumped... If any knows can you please chime in`

You cannot tell from the enginering # as they changed them every year..Have you sent me a additional Pic..if they have the spacer and top overload 99% their B's.
