Excursion with 6" lift

Hello Everyone
Just logged onto this website for some much needed info. I have a boat and trailer weighing just under 7000lbs. I am looking at buying a 2001 Ford Excursion with a 6" lift. What issues will I be against or should everything be cool?

Take 3/4 of the info and recommendations on here with a grain of salt
Never had CNC's junk on any of it, never will.
