Leaf spring arch

Which way should my front leaf springs arch. Its a 1990 f250 4x4. Mine arch tward the ground. So does my dads and uncles 1997 f250s. The reason im asking is because i want a rough country 2.5in leaf pack and it says if there is negative arch you cant use them. Dont they come stock with negative arch?
Thanks
