How do I adjust ICON 4-link?

I need to make some adjustments on my ICON 4-link. Their decsription of the 4-link sais:

"The lower links in the system include ICONís patented pinch bolt housing which allows for on truck adjustability."

I have been fighting with this thing half the day today. Can anyone give me any suggestions?

Yeah I had that already, thanks though. I just couldn't get it to budge. I ended up pulling the lower bar off, taking everything apart and lubing it real good. Put it back together and it was good to go.
