Bilstein. I just replaced my OEM Rancho shocks and, what a difference. I tow a 10K travel trailer and it has reduced the porposing greatly. Granted I had 102K miles on the original, so I was probably past due. I ordered mine from Shock Warehouse.

I would recommend the Bilsteins:
Bilstein 5100 - 0"-1" Front Application - 1999-2004 Superduty 4wd - 5100 Series (Stock Applications) - Truck Toyz Store
Bilstein 5100 - 0"-1" Rear Application - 1999-2004 Superduty 4wd - 5100 Series (Stock Applications) - Truck Toyz Store

I went with Fox 2.0 emulsion shocks, so far so good. they're awesome! and the bling factor is a 10+, the ride is nice and they perform well offroad.
