06 F350 6.0 Lost Power Steering.....

Hey all,

I have only been driving a psd for about 8 months so I am new to this forum. Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Last night I was trying to parallel park in a pretty tight spot when I lost all power steering and could barely turn the truck at slow speeds. Turning right can be done with one hand but turning left is twice as hard and requires both hands. I have never had any steering problems before. Truck has 90k on it.

Could it be the pump or would the brakes be affected too if that was the case?

ever figure anything out on this my pump is howling brakes seem to be working fine but it won't turn my wheels at all no leaks either
