Sway bar with Traction Block?
Curious if those of you with Traction Block setups are running rear sway bars or not? Just wondered if it does any good or not if you have a good quality traction block setup on the truck.

Yeah, the sway bar functions are entirely different from those of a traction/ladder bar. If you remove the sway bar you will get much more body roll on cornering. Ladder bars will do nothing to help with that. They only help with axle wraap.

I have the OEM rear bar with my OUO traction blocks. I cant say if it drives any different with or without the rear bar since I've always had the sway installed with the OUO setup.

I would run it.
Mine is off due to me being lazy and not wanting to drop the tank again to install longer links...I notice a little more roll in corners for sure. |
