Will Early 99 fit 35's without lift

Will an early 99 fit 35's on 16 inch tires without a lift. If not does anyone recommend a place for a 2 or 2 1/2 leveling kit? And will this kit work.

35" I'd use a 3" hanger kit and adj track bar. new shocks will be needed

let me know if you need 35's....got them and yes 3in hanger is what i got and they fit fine.

You will definitely need some increased altitude to fit the 35s.
