how to get my tie rod off?
my driver side outer tie rod end is no good and im having trouble trying to get it off. i took of the bolts on the sleeve thing and took the nut off the bolt on top of the tie rod end but it wont move. what am i doing wrong? thanks

Soak that SOB in PB blaster for a while, and then use a pipe wrech to spin it a few revolutions forward and backward. Then, use a pickle fork or an air hammer to remove the tie rod end.
Count the threads before you start spinning it, so that its close for the drive to the alignment shop |

yea i tried it and it didnt move. i hit that thing with a hammer like 30 times, its rusted together or somthin idk.

You're gonna have to get a pickle fork, just hitting with a hammer isn't going to do any good.
|
|

or just get the OTC tool from napa for like 60 bucks, and save yourself a big headache. Saved my *** as the all joint from the drag link was rusted reeaaall good haha.
