Anyone used Velvet Ride or Sulastic shackles?
Was wondering if anyone has had an experience with Velvet Ride or Sulastic shackles for the rear leaf springs. Both claim a significant ride improvement over stock and was wondering if they are worth the money.

If they are anything like the Velvetrides, then you will love them....I have had mine for almost 10 years now...still working great. 300.00 is alot more than I paid back then, but I would pay it now. They look to be a very similar product.https://www.sulastic.com

They made a huge difference on my truck. I installed them while my wife was pregnant because she couldn't stand to ride in it anymore. After I did she rode pain free.

I put them on my old setup. Didnt notice a huge difference, but then again I was running them with ICON 5" PlushRide springs. I just recently pulled all of that off and converted to 08 model leaf springs using PMF's conversion brackets. The 08 springs ride better than the ICON springs and Velvet Ride shackles did together. pm me if you need any more info on the spring conversion. You could do it for just a little more than what it will probably cost you for a set of Velvet Rides.
