E99 Suspension Questions

Ok all you suspension guru's. I just picked up an early 99 PSD 4X4 Crew Cab short box lariat. I have read as much as I can find about suspension leveling but don't quite have the answers yet.

Here's the deal. Measuring from the top of the wheel wells to the ground I have a 4.5" difference in the front and rear. First question is this normal for the early 99's? I've heard they came high in the rear end. OR are the front springs sagging?

Next what I'd like is a 2.5" kit for the front. Who makes one for the E99's? When installed if the back is still too high can I lower it 2 inches? If so who make that kit?

Any thoughts of suggestions appreciated.

DJ
