what about traction blocks? like the PMF ones?

its a block integrated with a traction bar... i have a set on my excursion.. i have the blocks installed but im waiting to install the bars in front of it since im dropping down the ex so the wholes are in teh correct space... the block part can be made to any size....

Okay, thats cool and all but i have blocks, stacked blocks actually... whats the advantage to these?

It looks like a floating traction bar setup. What is the advantage of a floating setup to a fixed setup?
