Rear leaf spring number help?

My truck has spring # 2c34 CA it also has rpn 1592 stamped on it, I was given spring number 5c34 FE also with rpn 0995 stamped on it. The guy was not sure if they came off a 250 or 350 and did not know what year. but they are new. I have searched like crazy and find nothing concrete, Can someone tell me if there is a differece in these springs other than the year of truck they came off of? the second set listed appears to be a heavier duty spring but it may just be that the ones off my 02 have goten soft over the years. Thanks in advance for any help.

#'s changed to many times you need the code off the door..do they look the same?

For what ever reason my door does not have the normal sticker. Not to mention the I have no way of knowing the what the door sticker was from the truck they came off of. So I wonder If you or anyone can advise anymore with the numbers that are listed on the two sets of springs. Thanks For trying
