Track bar install...

Whats the best way to install a track bar? Should the truck be lifted off the ground first, or can you unbolt it while on the ground? My dad has a lift in his garage, but I can't use it, because of my drop brackets for my radius arms. I have the Pro Comp kit, and it has the longer brackets which extend back about 10". How do you guys lift your truck on a lift if you have the same bracketry as me? Just got a new track bar and was wondering if there were any good tips I should know.

Keep the truck on the ground to install the track bar. Hardest part is torquing the upper bolt to 406 ft/LBs

Thanks. I thought I could leave it on the ground, but wanted to make sure. I will have to remove the drivers side tire to gain access to the bolt.
