I am going through the same debate. I am afraid the 37's will be a little too tall and the 295's a little too narrow. At the moment I am leaning towards 325/60/20. They are the same height as the 295's (35.6") but 13" wide.

Well they say 295's are a perfect match for the stock 20's. They are 35.4 tall btw..

Yeah they are actually 35.47 so that's close enough to 35.6 to call them the same height to me. If I keep them on my stock wheels I will get the 295/65/20 Trail Grapplers, If I go to a 20x10 wheel I will go with the 325/60's if I can. The Down side to the 325's I want is they are BF Goodrich and are like $561 each plus wheels (looking to buy a set used) where as the Nitto's are $321 each and I don't need to buy rims. Ahhh the pain
