Installing new leafs, shocks, stabilizers

I have a 2004 F250 SD with 6" lift. About to replace the old worn out shocks and leafs in the front. Never replacing shocks or leaf springs myself so I was wondering if any of you had any tips to do this. What was the easiest way to lift the truck off the suspension etc etc. I don't plan on getting into the job for another week or so but I want to be prepared.

Im looking to do the same thing. I am picking up my truck saturday and it needs new shocks. its a late 99 CC SB F250. I think i have the same lift kit you do with the dual setup. Do you know how much this lift cost new? Im wondering what shocks to get. Any info would be great.

Thanks

Dave

also i may be looking to go to a stock with leveling kit or 4" lift. if so i would want to sell the rim and get some 20s on 35s.

The rims on the truck are less than 5k miles on them. They are 18's and here is a link to them. Not sure what they are worth.

Pics of the wheels are on page 6.
