early 99 track bar

I'm looking at the 4" Icon lift, but Icon tells me their
Track bar won't work on my truck.
Does anybody know someone that makes one or a
Possible solution?
They say it will 'only' be a 1/2" off center but I sure would
like to center it and make it right.

PS: Are the Icon shocks worth the $ or should I go with
the bilsteins?
