One Up Offroad bars are what I recommend and what I run on my 07 F-350.

One Up Offroad Configurable Traction Bars - 1999-2009 F250/350 & Excursion - Truck Toyz Store

If you have a short bed you can use the 64" bar, although the adaptable bars make install easier.
Long beds have to use the adaptable length bars.
