how to bleed the brakes with abs? 6" lift tips?

hello i'm going to be installing a fabtech 6" basic lift, wanted to know if any one has tips and does anyone know what it takes to bleed the brakes with the abs?

same as old school just start at farthest frm master cylinder and work up from there

so there is nothing to do with the electronics with the ABS, someone told me there is a sequence to go through with turning on and off the key?

i didnt do any of that when i pulled the cab on mine. just hooked up the hand vac and started pulling ait out of the lines. not sure if the 08 and ups are diffrent but i wouldnt think so.
