Up grading to air Suspension

I was thinking of up grading my stock 03' F-250 4X4 to air suspension any thoughts on great systems for lots of towing and farm work?

Are you talking about helper air bags, or a full airbag system like this:

I was going to do a full air suspension because I primarily pull goose neck trailers

Thats not actually my truck, its my buddies fummins.
I believe its a custom built setup
