Lifting the Excursion and can't get the front leaf spring eye bolt out?

I'm putting a 5" rough country on my '03 Excursion 6.0. The driver's side front leaf spring eye bolt is hitting one of the coolers and I can't figure out how to get it out without tearing the truck completely apart. Just wondering if anyone knows any secrets.

what i did was took the front bumper apart, loosened the shackles down and dropped them down then got to wrenchin on the bolt. i was replacing the shackles though

I take the bumpers off. its only 4 bolts and it makes everything so much easier.
