just like bigcow said, i had to replace the sway bar bushings and the end links just about a month ago. i could grab my sway bar with my hand and swing it back and forth with little effort...yikes! it sounded like hell hitting bumps

Is it the endlink itself that your having issues with?

I had the same noise, it turned out to be my sway bar bushings, the parts were $11.00, and he used Moog brand, said they were better, now my truck is finally quiet.

go with the poly ones from energy suspension. best money spent. i have had mine on there for awhile now and not a lick of problems or any hint of it going out again.

when i had my excursion, it did the same thing after changing the bushings. turned out to be the body mounts were loose and had to be torqued to hell before it would stop. excursions suffer from this all the time. maybe that is what you got there??
