Unhappy Strange sounds when steering??? Help please

I'm having troubles with some front end components, I believe.

There is a strange sound from the passenger side front when I'm making a sharp turn at low speed, such as while in parking lots, etc. Sounds like a squeaky door, which is the best way I can explain it. Or a loud creeeeak sort of sound. Any ideas??

I greased all the balljoints today as I though one may have been dry but I still hear it.

Thanks!

Year model of Truck, 4x4 etc? If its a 4x4 grab the front axle and see if you can move it up and down. If you can the the bearing for the axle in the hub is worn causing your noise

And the prognosis is it needs new upper and lower balljoints on both driver and passenger side. Anyone know of anyone who isn't gonna charge me $700 to do it? Les Schwab quoted me $678 yikes.
