Steering Stabilizer Question

I was looking to get a Rough Country steering stabilizer for my 06 F250 PSD and looked under my truck to see the stock one and could not find it. It was getting dark outside but I did not see it. Am I missing something or did they not come stock with one?

It SHOULD be there. It is black, so it will blend in with the rest of the suspension. It attaches to the drag link, and then to the frame. Its not mounted like an a/m one will be

The Rough Country site shows that their one mounts kinda below/ in front of the axle as I have seen traditionally. Can the new one mount in this fashion? I am confused...

One end will probably mount to the axle tube and the other to the drag link
