4 inch to 8 inch whats needed

So I have a 02 with a 4 inch lift on it now I can get 8 inch leafs for the front for cheap. My question is would my pitman arm and track bar from the 4 inch lift work with the 8 inch leafs. thanks in advance

No you will need a adj arm and a drop bracket, longer shocks, swaybar links, front DS mods and possibly rear DS mods. Usually better to get a new kit and sell yours. Other option is get 4.5" hangers..if you have 4" front springs will ride way better than 8" springs.
