About two months ago I had the funny sounding thuds under my truck whenever I hit a bump. I got under it and figured out my sway bar end link bushings were bad. I got a link off of this site and ordered the appropriate kit for my truck according to Energy Suspension Parts.com. I got the bushings in about a week and set them down for probably 2 weeks until I had a chance to get out and put them on the truck. I took everything apart pressed out one of my old bushings and went to put the new ones in, they were the wrong size wrong shape and very very soft. No big deal there, I'll just return them and get the OEM kit. I went on the website and the directions were to put everything back in the original packaging as long as there is no grease on the parts. I did all of this and Emailed them. They said no big deal and gave me info to put on the package and told me to tape a part of the email on the package. I did all of this and went to UPS and had a label made etc. Up to this point there was great email communication and everything was good to go. About 3 days later I emailed to see if it had been received. No answer. A few more days later, no answer. About 2 weeks later no answer. So now this company has my $40 bushing kit, $10 dollar shipping fee to me, and $12 to ship it back. I sent it back probably 3 weeks ago. Do not buy from this piece of crap company.

I buy them at my local napa store, its really a great product tor the money. I get them for less than the website with my discount, and no shipping!

I would go to napa.com they have the whole sway bar for 74 for each side. They have a cheaper one but it didnt have good welds on it and the bushings were cheap looking, the 74 dollar one is an OEM replacement.

First of all how did you do that and what part number did you use(32mm 30mm or 28 mm)?
Secondly I ordered a kit from advanced and I recieved a bushing that was huge.So they ordered 2 other kits.Different part #'s but all had 32mm bushings.

This F-250 sd 4x4 built on 3/98 is a 99 SD.The dealer sold me the new bracket first time no problems.It even match the old one one the truck.Energy suspension has sent us three different kits ,all the same with different #'s.

If anyone has any answers to the right part#.It would be appreciated
