Alignment Question

I recently purchased an '06 F-250 extended cab. The truck pulled to the right slightly and had a little steering wheel wobble; everything felt tight and I crawled underneath and saw nothing visibly out of order.
Today I took the truck in for an alignment and they found one of the tires had a belt loose causing the wobble; they didn't have the tires in stock and told me to come in tomorrow to have two new front tires installed. They went ahead and did the alignment and though it feels better, it still pulls to the right. I am of course going to have them check things in the morning, but does anyone here have any ideas? Could the broken belt cause the pulling? It is the right tire that has a broken belt.

Well I'm $530 lighter in the wallet but the truck drives like a dream! Apparently the broken belt CAN make the truck pull.
