You would be better off to get a dually rear axle out of a truck at a salvage yard.

You don't need new front hubs. Unless you want to run dually front rims.

i dont know where to get one from a junk yard, it would be too new. I want to run dually front rims then also so i would have to change the front hubs, but is there some way to just buy the dually rear hub??

A friend of mine is selling his dually kit, fenders and all. His is a 2wd so you'd need to source the front end stuff. He's in central CA. Hit me a PM if you want to get in contact with him.

Im all the way in PA shipping would be too much for that. But anyway what size is a 2000 F-350 Rear? Dana 80? Also what is the ring gear size? Im calling around to salvage yards and they want a tag number but if i am doing a conversion i dont have a tag #. But one guy asked me the ring gear size... So if anyone knows, that would be great!!!

Idk how far you're willing to travel or what cab/bed configuration you have, but I have a friend who MAY be interested if it was a long bed truck......trying to talk him into converting his dually into a srw truck....

he's in Chicago

you do know that by doing the srw to drw you're also going to need the bed right? unless you outsource the rear fenders, but it's easier to get with someone and do a complete swap, rear end, bed, front hubs....could probably take a day tops.......plus paint and body time, but his truck is perfect so it'd be only paint time.

Well all i would have to do is buy the rear dually fenders and install them on my existing bed right?? So does anyone know what rear is in a 2000 F-350 DRW?? I think its a dana 80 but not sure... also the ring gear size on the dually rear?

you need to change the whold axle... you have the 10.25 rear end in your truck right now... you will need to install a D80 out of a dually. the fenders will bolt on a SRW bed... just have to cut the fenderwell out a little bit on the existing bed to match the wheel well on the dually
