I'd say most common causes of wandering are either trac bar and/or trac bar bracket being loose (not torqued to spec) and/or caster being too negative.

IMO, stock specs are too negative especially once you start getting into the taller trucks and wider tires.

Trac bar how so? Not referring to the bar being loose. So when I get it realigned again, ask for the caster to be more on the higher side of the recommended settings?

Track bar has always been my first thought so long as the alighnment is correct. I even had to put some spot welds on a drop bracket one time as just bolting the bracket to the frame was not good enough.

Is your steering gear box loose at the mounting points on the frame? Dodges are bad about that.
