Arrow 05 F350 gearbox upgrade/replacement

Mine is shot. Leakin and loose as a goose .... do I go oem or aftermarket? Just want one that will last a while with my heavy 24/37s. Thanks in advance

Hydraulic assist is not DOT legal. I know everyone uses it, but your truck will not pass inspection with it on.
