What all do I need?
I am going to be getting a Bilstein BTS leveling kit with the Bilstein 5100 shocks for my truck. Where is the best place to buy F350 blocks and U-bolts, and how much are they? Also, anything else I need to think about?

The best place for F350 blocks is here, junk yard or craigslist. After that start looking at Ebay and browsing the web.
