Front 4" lift springs for 97 250 PSD?

My dad has a 97 250 PSD with the straight front axle (not IFS) and I'm trying to find him some 4" srpings for the front. I cant find any because all that comes up when I search is the IFS lifts. Can anyone help me out please? What else will he need?

Best way to get a 4" lift and the best ride quality is to install a d60 and use a RS kit with stock SD front V codes..I've helped hundreds with this mod..PM me if I can help.

Just using std lift springs will make your dads truck ride like a tank.

i would go with the shackle reversal to but if you just want springs look up F-350 kits, the F-250 never came with a solid axle.
