popping in front suspension after leveling kit install

i just recently installed a 2.5" leveling kit on my 04 f250. it the stacked shorts leaves that go on top of the axle. once i got it installed it pops when the suspension cycles on the driver's side. i found why it was popping on the passenger due to the swap bar bushing in the connecting road came out so the bar and the rod was hitting each other. is there any thing it could be that is in a bind. i can tell it is near /or on the frame at the shackle or the driver's side sway bar link.

It's popping because the trac bar wasn't torqued properly, re torque it (I think it supposed to be in the 425 ft lb's range) and your problems will be solved.
