06 4x4 dually leveling....lowering rear that is.
I'm wanint go to lower the rear of my 06 4x4 shortbed dually so it will sit level with the front.(guessing 2") I don't want to raise the front due to it's hard enough for family members to get in and out.
Question is should I get a pair of drop shackles or remove the 2" block? With either option will I need to adjust the pinion angle? If the 2" block is removed will the leaf springs sit correctly on the rear axle and bolt up correctly?(provided I get shorter U-bolts) One last thing will this throw off the alignment on the front?...i.e. Camber and Toe Thanks all for the help. |
