How can I tell if I need REAR shocks?

I am thinking that I should replace the front because when i pull out of my driveway, the front end bobs up and down.
That would indicate shocks wouldn't it?

How do I know about whether to replace the rear or not?

All trucks need good shocks as soon as they leave the lot...yours are toast. Bilsteins are the best and will last almost forever
