Negative camber when wheel is turned

I am new to this as I just bought a 97 crewcab 7.3. The truck has a 6 inch suspension and 3 inch body lift with 35's. I don't know much about suspension so any help is greatly appreciated. Sometimes the front tires have a ton of negative camber. It seems like it only does it if the steering wheel has recently been turned. If I drive straight for a bit they straighten out. Usually it is only seen when turning into a parking space. Is this something I should be worried about? Anything I can check out or add to help? Also there is a lot of play in the steering wheel before the wheels turn.
