traction bars?

hey. i was wondering if anybody out there got bored one day and made some of their own traction bars for their truck. i was hoping to see some pictures of your design. a buddy of mine made some for his which work out well and its making me want to build some..just wondering if i could see some and compare. thanks

Alot of people here have made them. I went to get the stuff one day but then realized it was gunna be around $150 to buy all the stuff

And I barely had time that day before the pull the next weekend.

yeah i was wondering what other people have done..my buddy said he has about 60 bucks wrapped up into his..he had a lot of stuff laying around

I just searched for a thread that I know has alot of pictures of setups but I couldnt find it with our POS search feature.
