How do the different suspension packages effect ride height?

I am planning to order a new F-250 or F-350 and want to get the highest stock ride height but Ford offers a lot of different packages. On a base 4x4 F-250 & F-350 what is the difference in blocks and springs? What do any of these add to overall ride height:

4X4 Off Road Package
Camper Package
Stabilizer Package
Heavy Service Suspension Package

There seem to be different height front coil springs and different size blocks they put above the rear axle.

i'm not 100% but this is what I figure.

4x4 and fx4 package are the same suspension wise. Only difference is shocks/ skid plates etc...

Camper package should only have a helper or overload spring.

stabilizer package should be just a rear sway bar.

heavy service package.... No clue....
