Look similar......but very different.
Farmboys use heims or flex joints and come with two small tabs are you line up and weld to the axle tube. Bolt on Frame mount. OUO using two different style bushings that allow them to compensate for length changes under a heavy load in the bed, hooked up to a trailer, etc.. Their weld on mount is a pre fabbed powder coated bracket that you weld to the tube. Bolt on frame mount. My vote is for the OUO Bars, they are what I purchased to go on my 07

Since I wanted to go up to 6" of lift OUO won my vote. The blocks gave me the rear lift I wanted without scarficing load capacity of the OEM springs. I could have spent less on my traction bars and rear lift but I got what I wanted and I'm happy with the results.
